Why I'm here

The seeds for this project were planted during a long, dark Minnesota winter. Many conversations later it became apparent that there is a genuine desire for this type of community. Many of us want to change our attitudes and the way we interact with the world, but this is hard to do alone. So, let's do it together.

I'm an artist in my late twenties and I find that cynicism is the prevalent attitude in my age and peer group. This attitude it tiring. I'm ready to change it. I believe that by changing the way I interact with the world, I will change the way I view the world, and thereby, I will change the world. I don't think that view is naive, I'm ready to believe it's possible. I'm ready to believe it's only going to get better from here on out. Let's see what happens!
